Most of the wines I write about I have either purchased on my own, tasted at one of the many wine events I attend, or sampled during a winery visit.  I happily receive samples from wineries and agents; however, I cannot guarantee that I will write about them.  I taste all wines as objectively as possible.  If I do write about the wines, it may be in a featured article or as part of another article.  If I write about a wine that was a sample, it will be noted at the bottom of the post.
